Local Secrets (Cambridge) - ok, not a food blog, but has a pretty serious list of restaurant reviews as well as plenty of other stuff.

Academia Barilla - has about every Italian recipe you'll ever need.

Joy of Baking - an incredible collection of just about anything you might ever think of putting in an oven.
General
Cooking for Engineers - exactly what it says. Precise and formulaic. Awesome.
